My husband and I homeschool our children. We are often asked if we homeschool for "religious" reasons and I am careful how I answer. We are UU and not fundamentalist Christian which is what many people are probably thinking when they ask. I say "No" we homeschool for educational reasons, but a more accurate explanation would be that we homeschool for fourth principle reasons. I really appreciate your posting this and I would like to hear from more UU homeschoolers.
